Come, explore Cabilla in Cornwall, an ancient temperate rain forest. Senses enticed and enlivened, you will be exhilarated by the rich fragrance of the woodland surroundings. You become acutely aware  that you are beginning to experience something truly special.  

 This retreat was fuelled by a burning desire to creatively journey people back home to their own true nature. Guests are guided through a landscape of transformative Breathwork, complimented with beautiful features of Embodied Yoga, Human Design, Cacao Circle, Sound Bath, Energetic movement and treated to divine feasting. Each feature seamlessly flows through to the next, tenderly nurturing your processes of transformation. And with profound simplicity, the ancient woodland envelopes you. Inviting you into her wholesome womb, generously sharing her natural medicine, just as nature intended.
